By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Pretty Porch Pumpkins LLC shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the placement, condition, or maintenance of any decorative items. This includes but is not limited to damage from weather, theft, pests, staining, rotting, or deterioration of organic materials such as pumpkins, gourds, hay, or plants.
Clients are responsible for monitoring and maintaining all decor items once placed. Pretty Porch Pumpkins LLC is not responsible for replacing or removing items after installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
In no event shall Pretty Porch Pumpkins LLC or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Payment Processing & Fraud Liability
By using this website and purchasing goods or services through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that all payment processing services are provided by third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe.
